1.000 ml of water

200 g of palm sugar, slice it sofly

100 g of ginger, burn it, crushed it, but don’t make

the ginger too broken

5 cm of cinnamon

2 pieces of pandanus

5 grains of clove

½ tea spond of salt

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Boil water, pandanus, palm sugar, ginger, cinnamons, clove, and salt

2. boil well until it take out the special smell of ginger and clove.

3. Filter it, serve it warm
